Overview
I was hired to help AXS get over the finish line and complete the buildout of their design system and B2B platform. Over 6 months, I built out color styles and components in Sketch, then transferred them to Figma. I worked closely with the developer teams to ensure there were no surprises along the way.

Challenge
AXS needed to complete their design system and B2B platform buildout. The design system existed in Sketch but needed to be finished and migrated to Figma while maintaining consistency and ensuring smooth developer handoff.
Solution
Delivered a complete design system by:
- Building out comprehensive color styles
- Creating reusable components in Sketch
- Migrating the entire system to Figma
- Working closely with developers to prevent surprises
- Ensuring seamless handoff and implementation
Inventory List View
The B2B platform features a comprehensive inventory management system with customizable columns, filtering, and real-time data updates for ticket management.

Hybrid View with Seat Map
The hybrid view combines an interactive seat map with the inventory list, allowing users to visually select seats and manage pricing, status changes, and bulk actions.

Developer Collaboration
A key part of my role was working closely with the developer teams throughout the process. By maintaining open communication and providing clear documentation, I ensured there were no surprises during implementation and the design system was built to be developer-friendly.
